Sudip Kumar Mandal was born in Gopalganj, Bangladesh, where he developed a keen interest in technology and marketing from a young age. His academic journey began at S.M Model Govt. High School, where he excelled in science, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors. He continued his education at Govt. Bangabandhu College, majoring in science during his Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C) studies. Sudip’s passion for learning and his exceptional academic performance led him to pursue a B.Sc in Physics from National University, which provided him with a deep understanding of analytical and problem-solving skills.
To further his career aspirations, Sudip enrolled in an MBA program at Jagannath University, majoring in Marketing. This educational background equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complex world of digital marketing and business management.
In 2018, Sudip embarked on a new journey as a freelancer, offering his expertise in digital marketing on Fiverr, one of the world’s leading online marketplaces for freelance services. His dedication, skillset, and commitment to delivering exceptional results quickly set him apart. By the time the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Sudip had become the number one seller in his category on Fiverr. During this challenging period, businesses were increasingly turning to digital solutions, and Sudip’s services in social media marketing, Google Ad Words, video marketing, and local SEO became highly sought after. His ability to adapt and provide value in a rapidly changing environment solidified his reputation as a top-tier digital marketing expert.
Sudip Kumar Mandal professional journey began at Transcom Foods LTD, where he quickly rose through the ranks. Starting as a team member in 2010. By 2016, he had become the Restaurant General Manager, where he was responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, achieving remarkable sales growth and maintaining optimal sanitation and quality standards.
Sudip’s expertise in digital marketing began to flourish during his tenure as Operation Manager at Amar Tong LTD from 2019 to 2020. His strategic approach led to an 18% sales growth in 2019, showcasing his ability to drive business success through innovative marketing strategies.
In June 2020, Sudip took on the role of Assistant Branch Manager (Sales and Marketing) at Satori Ltd., marking a significant shift towards digital marketing. In this role, he planned, executed, and optimized digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google My Business. Sudip’s expertise extended to PPC campaigns, search engine optimization, content marketing, and competitor analysis. He developed marketing tools, created customer databases, generated reports, and continuously improved the sales process.
His commitment to staying ahead of digital marketing trends and his ability to analyze and interpret data have made him a leading digital marketing expert in Bangladesh. Sudip’s creative skills in video editing and graphic design further enhance his ability to create compelling and visually appealing marketing content.
Now he is leading Diamond World, number one jewellery brand in Bangladesh as a Assistant manager Social media and e-commerce.
Sudip’s dedication and hard work have been recognized with numerous awards throughout his career. He received the Master Key Award in 2018 and was named Best Shift Manager in 2013 at KFC Bangladesh. His achievements also include being recognized as Employee of the Year in 2011 at KFC Banani and receiving the Best District Boys Scout award in 2014. In addition, he secured the second prize at the District Science Fair in 2015, highlighting his diverse talents and commitment to excellence.
Outside of his professional life, Sudip is known for his passion for continuous learning and personal development. He has completed professional training in Digital Marketing, Graphics Design, Export Management, Product Plan Certification, and Food Safety. His software skills include proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Micros, Shortcut, and Media Soft.
